We ship throughout the United States via USPS. All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped according to the hours of operation available from our local post office. Shipping labels are processed with the mailing address provided by you when placing an order and tracking numbers are provided once fulfilled. If a package is returned to us due to an error on the customers part (i.e. incorrect address) we will contact you immediately to offer a refund or so that you can pay for reshipping. If the error is on our part we will reship the item at no additional cost.
While we are unable to guarantee delivery and the careful handling of packages shipped via USPS, we will do our best to help you resolve any issues.
Returns
We truly hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from our small business. We do our best to thoroughly describe all items and present photographs that reflect key features that will help your buying decision. All sales are considered final, unless an item is received damaged or does not match product listing. If an item is received damaged, and you are requesting to return, please contact us at crossandpaper (at) gmail (dot) com for return instructions. We require eligible products to have a tracking number provided to us and returned within 15 days of initial receipt. Once we have received your package, and verified the items, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
